Scope of Application

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed by customers ("you") through wrist-royalpop.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that purchase.

Products

We sell conversion straps for the Swatch × AP Royal Oak Concept watch, available in two materials:

• Silicone straps: $29 – $39 USD
• Bioceramic straps: $79 – $99 USD

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor color or texture variations between photos and the received item may occur, particularly with bioceramic references. This does not constitute a product defect.

Availability is indicated on each product page. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you within 48 hours and offer a choice between a revised delivery timeline or a full refund.

Ordering Process

1. Select your product and add it to the cart
2. Sign in or check out as a guest
3. Enter your shipping address
4. Select a payment method
5. Review and confirm your order
6. Complete secure payment
7. Receive an order confirmation email within minutes

Your order confirmation email serves as proof of contract. Please retain it for your records.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Modification or cancellation requests must be sent to contact@wrist-royalpop.com before shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — but you may return it under our Return Policy (Section 7).

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. Free shipping is included on all orders.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit & debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Apple Pay, Google Pay

All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments, a PCI-DSS certified payment solution. Payment is collected in full at checkout. We do not store your card details.

Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped directly from China by our logistics partner (AliExpress Standard Shipping or equivalent). A tracking number is emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Potential Delays

Delivery times may be extended due to Chinese public holidays, customs inspections, high carrier volumes, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes). These circumstances are beyond our control and do not constitute a breach of contract.

Non-Delivery

If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at contact@wrist-royalpop.com.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. This is a voluntary customer satisfaction policy — it is not mandated by US law but reflects our commitment to your experience.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
• Contact contact@wrist-royalpop.com before sending any item back

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Because our products ship from China, international return logistics can be costly. As an alternative, we may offer a store credit or discount voucher of equivalent value instead of a physical return — at your choice.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a free replacement or full refund. Return shipping will be covered by us in this case. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, back to your original payment method.

Warranties & Disclaimers

Product Compatibility

Our straps are designed for use with the Swatch × AP Royal Oak Concept watch. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the selected strap is compatible with their specific watch model before purchasing.

Implied Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All content on wrist-royalpop.com — including text, product photography, logos, and the domain name — is the exclusive property of the site operator or is used with authorization. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data (name, email, shipping address, payment information) solely to process your order and communicate with you about it.

Our data practices comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

California Residents — CCPA Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.

For customers residing in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain applicable regardless of this clause.
