We want you to love your Royal Pop Strap. If something isn't right, here's how our return process works.
How It Works — 3 Simple Steps
Email us within 14 days of receiving your order
Ship it back unused, in its original packaging
Refund issued within 14 business days of receipt
Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 14 days of the delivery date, provided:
- The item is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging
- All original accessories or documentation are included
- The item has not been physically damaged or altered by the customer
Returns are not accepted for items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use. Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidental damage by the customer are also excluded.
How to Start a Return
- Email contact@wrist-royalpop.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll reply within 48 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item using a trackable method (keep your tracking number)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund
Do not send items back without contacting us first — returns without prior authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Because our products ship from China, the cost of an international return can be significant relative to the product price.
As a more practical alternative, we may offer you a store credit or discount voucher of equivalent value so you can keep the item and apply the value to a future order — the choice is yours.
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is defective, arrives damaged, or is different from what you ordered:
- Contact us at contact@wrist-royalpop.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue
We will offer a free replacement or a full refund at your preference. In this case, we cover all return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Used, worn, or washed items
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items damaged by the customer through misuse
